Chinkaara is an Indian brand that engages artisans across the Thar region to create hand made and hand painted wooden products for dining and kitchen. These products are made of responsible sourced mango wood, acacia wood and sheesham wood and are painted with eco-friendly colours. Our current collection includes wooden trays, bowls, chopping boards, platters and more.

Shipment processing time
Our team endeavours to process and ship orders within 2 working days. In case of peak seasons or high volumes of orders, your shipment might take a few additional days to be delivered. If you are experiencing a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com.
Delivery rates and partners
We’ve got this covered. We offer FREE shipping on every order above Rs 5000 within India. We will charge Rs 150 as shipping charges, in case of bill value is below Rs 5000 (Free till 15th Feb 2022 as part of our introductory offer).
For our International customers, minimal shipping charges will be applicable and this will be charged at the time of order booking.
Tracking an order
Once you’ve successfully placed an order our website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking code. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Look for “Orders” under the “My Account” section and enter your Order no. and E-mail to proceed. We know how exciting receiving a package can be and that’s why we put in extra care into the packaging. Expect each Chinkaara piece to arrive in a beautifully wrapped, yet durable box. We consider it our responsibility to deliver the product at your door step, and as a part of assuring that the product is perfect, we urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Chinkaara, if you are in any way not satisfied with the product, we take it back from you for a full refund or an exchange with in 7 days from the date of receipt.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by from the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or is Returned To Origin because of incorrect shipping address or unavailability of the recipient at the time of order delivery attempts.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Note: If an order is cancelled before it is shipped, then 100% refund will be initiated from our end within 24 hours of order cancellation. If an order is RTO because of incorrect address, then refunds will be done for the order value minus the actual shipping cost and return shipping cost based on our actual costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to our FC address: N - 001, Palm Drive, Sector 66, Gurgaon, Haryana, India - 122001.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
